Any idea how can I go about making a freeze winner booster?

Hello everyone, I have been working on my boosting room and I'm hoping to add a freeze booster to it. Any one has any idea how it works? Best if there's a guide on it or you guys can give some ideas so I could try and get it in my boosting room.

I created this boosting room for the benefit of the users and I'm keeping it open even when I maxed out my achievements (which I doubt that would happen), I created this not to replace anyone/existing room but to serve as an alternative room to boost when the widely used ones are almost always packed

Also, I'm new here so I thought I'd seek your help with freeze booster, been searching for videos and guides for a few days now but to no avail...

I guess it's alright if nobody knows how...

But does anyone know how do I get my timer to keep resetting prematurely? (i.e. timer goes down to 28s from 30s, then back to 30s again and repeat?)
