What tips would you give someone wanting to lose weight?
Mine would be to cut out sugary drinks and just drink water.
Eat less carbs, drink more water and exercise a few times a week. Worked for me!

Depends how much they want/need to lose. Generally speaking? Eat less.

Eat more food with less fat, drink plenty of water, exercise.
Getting enough sleep is pretty important too!
burn more calories than you eat

cut out fizzy drinks or drink them responsibly
past few months i've been drinking like 6 litres of coke a week and now im fat as fuck
also i think the alcohol played a part
and the fact that i eat like 2 dinners a day and always midnight snack
so yeah never over do those things even if you're skinny cos the fat hits you like a brick of fat
don't drink excessive alcohol / cut it out completely

I ride my bike to and from work and have lost a lot of weight from that alone. Added I cut back on my eating and only drink water.

tbh there's loads of nutritional things u can do online and loads of recipes, have a search n if u need help hmu because my mum literally always wants to lose weight and finds so much stuff lmao

I lost almost 3st over a year just by cutting down. Instead of scoffing half a packet of biscuits with a cup of tea I cut it down to two and now I very rarely have a biscuit at all. Just be mote sensible with food, you know if something isn't good for you!

It is easy as an outsider to say, but I would say Gym or play your favourite sport possibly.
