Predicted to stay around this value, after all it is only a parasol.

Predicted to rise to 1.5 and has the potential to go to 2.0 during the peak of summer, perhaps remain there for autumn, only time will tell

Predicted to drop further to a 0.7 perhaps even 0.6

Also adds a nice touch to summer theme rooms. Predicted to rise to this level and stay there, i doubt anyone will be willing to pay more, then dropping back to the 0.5 it used to be as it doesnt look so good in autumn/winter theme rooms.
