- Up 0.5 to 28.0 - Seen 3 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Serious inflation going on with the throne atm, hopefully itll cool off soon, i sold one of mine for 29 pure. Predicted to continue this trend until it peaks

- Up 0.5 to 8.0 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Here comes the summer! These will just get more and more popular as time goes by, sold mine for this much as well so technically its, seen 3 times
Predicted to peak at this value and begin to drop after summer

- Up 0.5 to 8.0 - Seen 4 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: The rarest of the rares, demand is high and ever increasing due to the classical touch it adds to summer themed rooms. Predicted to continue to rise steadily due to the fact that it is the rarest catalogue rare

- Up1.0 to 6.0 - Seen 4 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: It seems a lot of people have been "saying hello to nelly" recently as this rare has severly increased in demand along with its bronze partner in crime Predicted to continue to rise, perhaps to 7.0 then peak and drop back to 4.0-5.0

- Up 0.5 to 5.0 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: You just cant build a summer room without this grassy rare. Sold 6 of mine for 30 pure so again thats technically seen 3 times. Predicted to rise, perhaps to 5.5 but no higher imho

- Down 0.3 to 4.0 - Seen 5 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Buy these cheaply now that theyre out of fashion ready for winter when they return to their former 5.0 glory. This ones down purely because of the glorious summer season we're in. Predicted to continue to drop or hover around 4.0 then increase as autumn kicks in

- Down 0.4 to 3.0 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Not exactly the best summer rare but still proving more popular than its previous values of 2.5-2.7. Predicted to drop to 3.0 but has the potential to go to 3.5 before doing so

- Up 0.1 to 1.5 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Yet again because of the summery season this ones becoming popular, also more popular than the other parasols purely because of its colour. Predicted to stay around this value, after all it is only a parasol.

- Up 0.6 to 2.0 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Mainly seen in shops rather than trade rooms, i know i sold most of mine for 2.0 in my shop, again a great rare and looks good whatever the weather. Predicted to rise to 1.5 and has the potential to go to 2.0 during the peak of summer, perhaps remain there for autumn, only time will tell

- Down 0.4 to 1.0 - Seen 3 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Not sure why Habbox raised these in the first place, no one pays 1.4 for them, however there may be a slight increase if traded with a dragon set but not all the way up to 1.4. Predicted to drop...a lot, lol

- Down 0.2 to 1.0 - Seen 6 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Although it doesnt look bad in some of the v8 summer designed rooms, it just looks terrible everywhere else, especially v9 rooms, i know i personally wouldnt pay even a 1.0 for it but thats just me (Same applies for the pink fan but i havent seen anyone actually trading them today) Predicted to drop until christmas/valentines day rolls around again, these are hard enough to get rid of atm

- Down 0.1 to 1.0 - Seen 8 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: The recent addition to the catalogue, doesnt look too good in summer rooms, wouldnt buy one if you were threatening to slam my hand in a car door. Predicted to remain at this value unless dragon fever hits the hotel much like the nellys

- Down 0.1 to 0.8 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: Although screens add a nice oriental touch to a summer room this one isnt proving as popular as its white counterpart, had to pay 1.1 just to get an oil lamp for it. Predicted to drop further to a 0.7 perhaps even 0.6

- Up 0.2 to 1.0 - Seen 2 times - Personal Opinion + Prediction: These rares are very hard to track down for some reason and when they find them people are willing to pay through the nose for them. Also adds a nice touch to summer theme rooms. Predicted to rise to this level and stay there, i doubt anyone will be willing to pay more, then dropping back to the 0.5 it used to be as it doesnt look so good in autumn/winter theme rooms.
