Getting an image RIGHT at the top of the page!?! Help!

:( I'm trying to get my banner RIGHT at the top of the page, like Sulake!

I'm coding in dreamweaver, can anybody help?

On dreamweaver the cheat way... Go onto Design mode: right click Page properties > Appearance > Left and top margins to 0px.
