Getting an image RIGHT at the top of the page!?! Help!

I'm trying to get my banner RIGHT at the top of the page, like Sulake!

I'm coding in dreamweaver, can anybody help?

On dreamweaver the cheat way... Go onto Design mode: right click Page properties > Appearance > Left and top margins to 0px.
