Personally i think there are too many hobbas on us,and also the age is too low but good luck to them ;)

Even so, their are too many hobbas on .com, in some rooms, their are more hobbas than people, alot of them abuse their powers aswell.
I thought the HM just handed out to people that deserved and there were no apps? Theres going to be more Hobbas than Habbos on the US hotel soon!
Yes, Foo gives out silver badges to people who deserve them. Basically she is now handpicking them until things level out alot more and then she will probably bring in a new type of system.
