What the 3 month code? It should be on a card, unless you bought with CC it would go straight onto your account, if you're on about the 48 hour code it should be on a sheet of paper.

Look in one of your game cases or your xbox case if you still have it. You may have put it in there for safe keeping :P

Open your game thats say 48 hour free on the front behind the booklet there should be a clip or cardboard scratch of the silver bit and there you go :)

It came free with the xbox, not a game :(
