What the 3 month code? It should be on a card, unless you bought with CC it would go straight onto your account, if you're on about the 48 hour code it should be on a sheet of paper.

Look in one of your game cases or your xbox case if you still have it. You may have put it in there for safe keeping

Open your game thats say 48 hour free on the front behind the booklet there should be a clip or cardboard scratch of the silver bit and there you go
