For example, if you're baking will you snack on the mixture even though it has raw egg in? :P

i wouldn't crack open an egg then eat it but i always eat the mixture lol

Eating raw eggs always carries a risk of salmonella, but it's very rare in Class A eggs, which are the only ones you should eat uncooked. Eggnog, steak tartare and real mayonnaise (not what you find in jars) all include raw eggs.
When I was a kid my dad wouldn't even give me boiled eggs that weren't fairly well done for risk of salmonella. I've probably tasted a mix before but didn't like it, I wouldn't sit there eating spoonfuls of it lol
