Eat less carbs, drink more water and exercise a few times a week. Worked for me!
Depends how much they want/need to lose. Generally speaking? Eat less.
Eat more food with less fat, drink plenty of water, exercise.
Getting enough sleep is pretty important too!

cut out fizzy drinks or drink them responsibly
past few months i've been drinking like 6 litres of coke a week and now im fat as fuck
also i think the alcohol played a part
and the fact that i eat like 2 dinners a day and always midnight snack
so yeah never over do those things even if you're skinny cos the fat hits you like a brick of fat
don't drink excessive alcohol / cut it out completely
I ride my bike to and from work and have lost a lot of weight from that alone. Added I cut back on my eating and only drink water.
