hmm, I always keep a lot of veggies on hand to dice up for veggie and protein bowls as well as a lot of chicken and pork
I also have rice cooking pretty much 24/7 because I love rice and veggies with a protein
EGGS. EVERYTHING EGGS. Hefty on protein, the fats are good fats, and you can use them for loads of things. Pop one in your tea if you fancy
