    Default What are your favorite meal prep ideas?

    I've been looking more into finding healthy food alternatives, specifically ones in which I can meal prep for a few days.

    Does anyone have any ideas of some easy meals that are on the healthier side?

    hmm, I always keep a lot of veggies on hand to dice up for veggie and protein bowls as well as a lot of chicken and pork

    I also have rice cooking pretty much 24/7 because I love rice and veggies with a protein
