Ronaldo's preferred position is RM as said by him but he can play striker when needed. Welbeck and Macheda are still learning and will be used as subs for a while yet. Tevez isn't strong in the air like Berbanob is so we'd need a striker like Carew, as we throw a lot of balls into the box.

Hmm well Ronaldo might be going at the end of the season, we need a good replacement if he does go and i think Frank will bring more depth into the squad.

I don't think Ronaldo will go but then again, he did this last season. I don't think that Ribery will be a good replacement. Ribery would be a great replacement if Giggs was leaving as they both like to sit down the left but I can't see that happening for a bit.

Atleast i said robinho.

NOTW reported in the paper this morning that Manchester United are lining up Kaka if Ronaldo goes. (but can you really trust the NOTW?)

and I heard that Ribery said he wants to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid, can't really remember as I heard it last week, but meh, that's just hearsay.
