Like Saurav said, I fail to see how you could mistake a woman in a hijab (or mask as you like to call it) and a person in a balaclava. Balaclavas for one thing are heavy garments made out of totally different material to a hijab and often a person wearing a balaclava will be wearing other items of clothing which would warn you as to the danger they pose to you.
On the whole argument about them supposedly having many children, I aren't sure why you're picking on these people? There are thousands of white people in the UK that have more than 2/3 children, so why are you not referring to them using words such as 'infested' and 'breeding'.
You're moaning because they live together, but I can't see you being very happy if they moved into your street, then you'd be moaning that they are 'taking over'. Let's face it, you're moaning because you're a racist xenophobe. And yes, if you are born here it does make you English. You won't have lived anywhere else, so you won't have a passport for anywhere but here? Of course if we use your example of a person giving birth whilst on holiday abroad, then no they aren't going to be greek because you aren't living there and you don't intend to. Nobody has 'genuine english blood' we are all descended from immigrants, I myself am a quarter irish. If you are born here and are brought up in this country you will pick up the language, the culture, the accent and all the things which make us English.
