Yep, not very good to go up formation flying unless you have more than 80 hours... or more! :p
Lots of planning and breifing goes into formation flying. It looks fun but they all say if you go out of line ATC can tell you to "cease formation" because they brand you as "not up to standards" to fly so close.
It's amazing watching to Traumahawks doing smooth turns right next to each other with the sun glaring off the underbelly.
No wonder I call it a Traumahawk... I almost experienced the infamous wing-dive spin myself!! :(
ATC wont tell you to cease formation unless they concider it dangerous though! :) - If your told to cease, you could well be awaiting a telling off too ;) lol
Wing-dive spins are fun, whilst training and your SUPPOST to be doing them.. But I'd imagine them to be pretty scary if you wasn't expecting it ;)
See thats one of the things I like about the Warrior, it's heavier so it's hard to start spiral diving etc without actually forcing it too.. I know on base with full flap config and hardly any power causes a number of stalls in the PA28 so I hate to think what it does to a PA38 haha.
Yeah:
:P Sorry if I never typed it in a way you'd understand!Quote:

I wasn't expecting it at all... we almost started spinning, John managed you recover before an actual spin. We just dived and he recovered and went to me: "Trust me when I say this. I've done that more times than you've kicked a ball" :P
The Warrior is an amazing aircraft. I really like it, but for training I just love the Tommy too much! Many say that the Traumahawk handles just like a jet and it's not such a huge step up as going from say a C150 to a 737. If you know how to handle a Traumahawk well enough then you'll love it to bits! Not very good for your first aircraft though! Haha.
Crappy graphics :D Not much in them ;)

Love the PMDG, cool shots.
Just to liven the forum up a bit, I decided I'd get one AES shot.
