Nah it does, you cant get bloods unless you got a kill count of 10+

Kill count only affects the ammount of runes you get. But don't bother getting it up very high, it won't make a big difference.

590, you said you haven't searched the chest, why worry then? Just go back and kill the last brother and search the chest, it's not like you have to kill them all again because you got tele'd out.

How often do you get decent rewards from the chest?

you can go back and your kill count should be the same:) and you can complete it i beleive, not 100% sure though as youd di tele from the brother.

Also higher kill count= more runes, not more chance of a barrows piece of equipment, jagex stated this:eusa_danc
