lol, most of the time when you open teh chest they appear... but i didn't have time to search the chest and get stuff because ring of life tele'd me :{

Yes it does. If you only kill ahrim, you can't get any other barrows item other than ahrim.

He means that killing the other monsters in the tunnel (apart from the barrows brothers) doesn't increase the chances of a drop.

the last brother you have to kill will appear in the chest room if you havent killed him somewhere in the tunnel.
