I dont have a sauna but theres one in the local gym..
The only problem is I can only stay in for like 3 mins as..
a. I get bored sitting down
b. I dont like hot
Also I know clearsil isnt for your body but I also use it on my face..

Well, take something into a Sauna to do..
But avoid taking electronic stuff in there, because mobile phones e.t.c don't like being exposed to heat.. As I found out! :(

Wash regulary as otherwise the pores get dirty and then spots build up.
One of the girls i know who has quite a lot of spots went to the doctors and he told her to go on the pill to get rid of spots and she did and its worked.
You can use the clearisil stuff on your back, stomach etc... you can use the stuff most places
Clearasil is crap.
It dont work, i dont get spots often.

just wash your face everyday twice a day and you should be fine. Saying that i got one spot on my cheek ages ago popped it and now i have this scar ;[
