Zits/Spots

I hate them and my stomach and legs are covered with them
If you have them what do you do to get rid of them??
I use clearsil but it dont work for me x[

Go in a Sauna every day..

Since we got ours, i've been in everyday and they are going

Sauna's can make spots worse and all y'know because they can open up your pores which can let more dirt in aswell as out which can clog tshem more and plus a Sauna is a stupid idea , its not likely hes going to have one at his home.

He might, it's amazing how many people do.. We got one from ebay for £600 so there not that expensive.

Amazing ? Its amazing how people have saunas , not very , and I doubt many people do.

You shouldn't use clearasil on your stomach, its for faces only I would imagine.

Erm, the best thing to do is keep your skin clean, hydrated, and airy. Try to walk around with your shirt off as often as possible to keep the air flowing across your stomach, and rub all spotty areas when you shower thouroughly.

Apparently cabbage water also helps with spots but I would reccomend you try the above first .
