Go with at least 2 people, both being over 95 combat I would say. You can go in larger groups at lower cb levels, but that means if you get a dragon drop, its a poo to share.
Me and Alex went a few times the other day and wel killed 3-4 drags each time, Rune long being best drop.
You can even solo it, but i understand you need to be a very high level in order for it to be efficient and worth the time.
