anyone up for killing giant mole? i heard it has good drops and is it multi?

It doesn't drop anything.
Well, it drops two things that you can trade to a farmer to get birds nests, but it's not worth the effort, as the moles runs off every 5 seconds, so it takes ages to find and kill it.

what would you suggest fighting? as kalphite queen only drops if most damage is done in her flying form according to tip it.?

I think you misread tip.it
The person who deals the most damage to KQ in her flying form will get the drop.
I don't suggest killing the mole at all, unless you really want tree seeds and random rings...

It is important to note that the drop comes from the second form, so you must deal the most damage to that form to get the drop.
