right, first off 'luring' what are you on about?

luring near magic bank?
luring buyers/sellers?
luring your friends?

you havnt said what you wanna lure..

A good idea is you have a friend stand on the person you want to get skulled.
You attack your friend once then stop. Make sure your friend doesn't retallitate.

Hopefully, your victim will think you attacked them, and attack you causing skull.

I'm pretty sure Jagex has mentioned that luring from out of the wilderness is considered item scamming. They just havent' started takin that much action yet.

basicly you get the person to have just there 1 rare on you then ask them to get skulled say your doing vid then you get them to low health like 1 dds spec away use gnome ball on person then dds spec and hope for insta kill and w00t free rare
