if im honest mybb is nearly better then vbulletin.

Thanks everyone but ive gone with myBB :D

try yabb...yabb is customisable and has loads of features, you get control over everything as admin, you can add mods from quick reply boxes to games!
check out my forum ;) (I don't have ftp at the moment so I don't have any mods installed)
