i wish i had dreams =[
yeah its really hot in my room for some reason..
I only have one air conditioning vent in my room where most of the rooms have 2 or more.
I put the ceiling fan on full, so my room is reasonbly cold.. still a bit hot though, especially as summer is coming now and it doesn't cool down at night.
I love having nightmares. I very, very, very rarely get them, despite the fact that I am addicted to blood and violence. I think they're awesome because they're both weird and a thrill, because at the end of the day, they're not actually happening. They are like experiences that you have lived which you haven't.
Doesn't anybody else get a kick out of the thrill of nightmares?
I used to have similar thing.
Jolt awake often, genuinly think your falling etc.
I do it more when I'm half asleep than asleep (I don't think it wakes me up)
For me though, they just kinda stopped. I don't know what caused them and what ended them.
You have around 6 - 10 dreams a night, but your chances of remembering them are rare.
Advice section (yes, fun part baby).
At School:
• If you are going through exams at this moment, drink plenty of water and try to drink coffee and eat chocolate. If it's sunny when you come back from your exam, get an apple or something and sit in the sun for about 30 minutes and let your mind go while. Try not to watch a lot of TV at night, a lot of your dreams are inspired by your recent happenings as when you sleep, your mind tries to clear.
• In classes at school talk to your friends when you are allowed (obviouslly not talking over your teacher as you'd get into trouble and it will cause more stress).
• Don't think badly about your next subject. Ie. Worrying about Homework. Instead think possitivly and be completly honest if you get into trouble, teachers are told how they should not be as strict when pupils are honest.
At home:
• Try to balance out whatever you do. Don't do one thing for ages. Like, sitting on the computer for a couple of hours, watching tv for a lot long time and doing your hair. Instead, go out with your friends for a couple of hours, come home and watch tv for short times. Maybe one or two programmes, then do something else and eventually go to sleep.
Hope this helped!
that was good...
thanks ;]
well i'm actually on my summer break at the moment, but yeah, I recently have had some huge exams (my finals), which I guess put stress on me a lot, seeing as if I didn't pass them then i'd likely fail the class... Maybe it was that.
Glad I helped. :)
