Pkers only use brews to escape from beeing killed, they dont fight with them or for every brews you need a s restore
When escaping drink your brews, you run and if you have sharks you eat a shark + click a brew so you heal 36 hp.
Never drink brews while in combat unless you wanna waste another super restore dose, when running safe up on your brews and watch your prayer. :)
