Ok well my friend got a sara brew pk ( kid was on saras )
he let me have a few and some restores.
I tested the brew against him but when i would brew + then use super restore it barely healed me any hp?
Can someone explain sara brews to me ;P Seems like a better alternative to sharks =S

If you read here, it says you gain defence & hitpoints, but lose ranged, magic, strength & attack with the percent.

ino i USED RESTORE Pots
after but i didnt heal much hp....
But all the pkers use brews

Brews heal the hp not the *REMOVED* restore pots.

You use sara brew at full health= it gives EXTRA Hp + 20% extra defence and lowers the other combat stats by 15%. if you drink sup restore, it makes it go to Over health, over defence, and the other cbt stats to normal. Basically if you have low health, like say 40, itll only heal 20% of 40.
