Jack I understand you won't be registered under the Data Protection Act so it's technically illegal for you to have lots of personal information. He cannot be charged under the DPA, but he can be charged (or your host) under the Computer Misuse Act.

even if they change it I have about 6 print screens of the URL and layout etc.. :p

Take one with your time on it. (Like the site plus the time in your task bar)

I took a full print screen, i dint take start bar etc.. away :p
Good thing for me is, I showed this forum the layout like 2 weeks ago :p
