It isn't supposed to if you have your bank account all verified - it is supposed to take the money and pay it immediately.Quote:

i have my debit card added so it pays instantly.. however with just a bank account added, it needs to transfer funds from your bank to your PayPal then to the recipient if you get me :l

- Add card OR
- Transfer £100 or so from your bank, and just top up it every now and then so you can pay instantly.
