Just cut down what you eat, if you get hungry snack on raisens, nuts and fruit and do regular excercise :)
You could go to the gym?
My mum goes to the gym, when she first joined she though it would be boring, but now she goes everyday shes not at work and finds it fun as theres other regulars she can talk to.
APPLE DIET. I think so.
Won't lose weight if you don't burn off the calories you take in. =/
the key is excercise and eating healthily and the results do happen quickly, actually try it properly before slating it
Yeahh, food is like 25% of dieting. Exercise is the key to loosing weight (but in moderation - if you over-do it then you will gain weight in muscle.. ).
Diets work like 1% of the time.
You just have to east healthily and exercise regularly.
Lock yourself into a cell with an electric openening door and a piece of lettuce, set the timer on the door to a week. You should lose some weight. Hope this helps.
