I don't like it, if it's meant to be a professional layout then that's just terrible.

Things you could improve are everything, good luck trying again though.

It's ok, bit simple, bit too obviously done in paint.

Watermark leaves a lot to be desired.

That is completely true, infact that is better than the layout.

To be honest, I think you have somewhat potential, although you keep coming up with the same things!

That looks strangely similar to a design I made a while back (I am not accusing of ripping).

You have two theme's going on, you have rounded corners yet a square navigation. I don't know if you are designing in paint, but try and get hold of a graphics program sometime it will give you a boost.

I've been here since for 3 years so you can ask pretty much any web developer on here about my work so don't try and judge me yeah?
