You could of done the 'copyright Cushioned' to stop people stealing it a bit better but it isn't the worst iv seen.

Okay then mate, I'll give it to you straight.

It's terrible. It's absolutely crap. All your layouts that you have made are absolute crap. You try and sell every layout that you make when to be honest make a tramp with half an eye wouldn't purchase it or like it. I mean, I asked my dad to come and look at it and he hasn't got an ounce of style and even he said it was terrible. It's got no style, it has random images that have no relevence to the theme. Infact, it's got no theme. I was saying that to be polite so you should've taken it as a compliment but I think from now on that I'll post like this until you actually improve. I'm not going to bother commenting and giving you useful constructive criticism anymore because no matter what trollop you actually come up with, you don't take it. You think your layouts are good, but they're not. You cannot sell your first pieces of work because that is what they are, firsts and firsts are learning and they're usually a heap of crap. My first layouts were a heap of crap and I didn't try to sell them because I knew they were a heap of crap. You havn't got a style, you tried to convert a Habbo layout to some sort of layout and you asked not to flame in this thread but without flaming as you call it, you're never going to improve. If you keep being big-headed about things like this and trying to rule the roost, as it were in this section then you can expect more replies like this, not only from me but from other respected members of the community because it's members like you that stir trouble and make this forum and section as crap as it is now.

Oh and a notice for the moderators - if you actually read this post it does offer constructive criticism and does not offend the user. If indeed you insinuate that it does, this is purely co-incidental.

That is completely true, infact that is better than the layout.

That looks strangely similar to a design I made a while back (I am not accusing of ripping).

You have two theme's going on, you have rounded corners yet a square navigation. I don't know if you are designing in paint, but try and get hold of a graphics program sometime it will give you a boost.
