Virgin suck lol
I luv Virgin Media, and they have always had great customer service for me. When I rang them for problems in the past, they paid for the cost of the call and fixed any problems for free.
Don't move to BT, they are just a rip off. You need to keep phoning them up and then they will do something about it. I'm quite lucky because my brother use to work for Virgin and we got to keep the high tv package/Broadband for free. We only have to pay for the phone line AND THATS CHEAP!

Ye thats fine if their is a fibre optic connection their, but because it is a new build VM said their wasnt.. which evidently their is... which mysteriously appeared under the tarmac. :P
