These things are pure bull. I remember a few years ago, Middlesbrough got named the worst place to live and somehow Hackney and parts of Manchester were missed. 8-)

That article is four years ago, with poverty and everything Hackney is becoming more violent because gangs are willing to mug people to earn money.

Well atleast Boro are moving up the table for the first time in a while ;).

Boro isn't even as bad as some of the ****holes i've seen down south :S. Yeah fair do's it ain't magnificent but it's not awful.
