    Then, Hull was named the nation's worst town with one voter describing it as a "sad story of unemployment, teenage pregnancy, heroin addiction, crime, violence, and rampant self-neglect".
    This year, Hull dropped down to 19th.

    Lol, and Hackney isn't on there? Just a few weeks ago a footballer's son got shot in the face and he didn't even do anything, wasn't related with gangs or drugs just a random shooting. Nottingham 8, lol! Nottingham isn't even bad or worth 8th place, it's probably a good place to live.
