Nirvana are terrible..
smells like teen spirit is one of their worst songs, but all 3 of their albums are excellent, as well as the unplugged stuff.
i think they are a pretty good band, but not the best ever.
Past tense people.
Lyrically and instrumentally great, vocally dire, but that's how grunge was, and the dodgy out-of-tune vocals give it that certain sound no other sub-genre of rock has.

My best band, would have to be Slipknot. Amazing live, adrenaline-filled songs.

regardless of opinion though, best band ever is the beatles.
depends on what variable makes them the best. i think you could arguably say its the velvet underground thats the best, cause they've had almost just as big of an impact on modern music as the beatles but sold a tiny fraction of the amount of albums.Quote:
