I tend to rant at someone or go for a run and push myself, hard. Exercise is a really good reliever of stress.

hate talking to people, feel like i'm putting all my stuff on to them. walking + music (l)
I very rarely do exercise but if I'm angry and i exercise it tends to make me feel relaxed or just really be alone and listen to music

Play guitar for some time. I can end up playing guitar for hours if I'm that annoyed at something.
If its more than a little bit of anger i'll workout.
