However, you're not suggesting a suitable and quantitative measure of keeping track of moderators? Sure, maybe it makes them jump on everything that they can get away with (size of people's signatures being very common, for example) but it's also the only thing they have atm to allow management to say 'yes, he's doing good', 'oh he's not doing so good'. It's insane to suggest that managers keep an eye on their staff 24/7, its just not possible so there needs to be a quantitative measure to combat that. The same way events use 'number of events', hxhd use 'number of hours spent behind desk', comps use 'number of entries' etc. So suggest an alternative that they could use realistically :)
