Social networking - 'Friends'

I usually accept anybody that I personally know, unless they're really weird or an annoyance, or if I just don't like them.

People I don't know (that are friends of friends) end up on there every now and then, too.

saying that though i reject more people than i accept

same. and i don't add anyone i haven't met in real life. for instance, i refused ben just the other day :P HAHAHA BEN. xox

Some random people who want me to accept them as a friend do actually get accepted, for a minute - while I scan their profile for things like Age, Location, Photos and Statuses. Most of the time people are like 32, no location on the info page, nor Statuses or Photos. So I just remove them instantly :)

I only add people who I feel friendly enough to let them have my phone number, so literally people I know or talk to often.

I have just under 200 facebook freinds and i only add people i personaly know bar 3 or 4 people i got to be really good freinds with online.

Although i have freinds who add pretty much everybody they have some connection to (his freinds, sisters sons wife lol :) )

I accept or add people I have seen in real life, I have a few who I havent spoken to at all (Like fit girls and that in my area LMAO) but yeh..I did meet my girlfriend 18/19 months ago and she was from myspace and facebook. To me, facebook is to share common along ourselfs so aslong your chatting to me or have atleast a input in my life then you will be on my facebook.

I have 4,500 contacts on Facebook. I know about 500 personally and the rest are all somehow film-related, so I only accept people (I never request anyone) who have a large amount of mutual friends with me. But now I've had to get Facebook to cap me so when people friend request me, a message pops up taht says they have to know me, else they'll be banned from ever requesting me again and get in trouble with Facebook or something. Still, most people on my list are very cool and kick up good conversations on my status feeds when I'm promotin Screenjabber content and the like. The only downside is when people lobby me for jobs - they get deleted then.
