PSP is alot better due to the things smurf said..
I have got 100's of apps on my psp and loads of emulators..
and i can get ANY PSP game i want for free using the UMD emulator and downloading game .ISO's from sites :)
The only problem is Humma has stoppped dev'ing the PSP so all teh new games with the 2.0 coding wont work.. We were all depending on him to crack the coding :@ and make a UMD emulator for firmware 2.0.

Mike, downloading ROMs is one thing (I don't really get why you'd want to to be honest), but PSP games is another. That's serious theft, you're illegally downloading something a company should currently be earning money on.
It's things like this that really annoy me. If you're downloading games, a developer somewhere isn't getting any money. This is the kind of thing that kills innovation. Developers are scared to try new things and stick to the same old generic games because they know it will make money.
Preferring a console because it's hackable is a very poor reason to do so.
not if it makes the psp more popularQuote:

Plus, If they should stop anyone they should stop the illegal site that have games for free (Hopefully they shouldn't from my point of view)
Anyways, You probably would if you had the chance, but most of psp owners updated to 2.5 HAHA
Yes, I am happy to pay for games, despite these illegal sites.
I don't have 2.5, because I have no way of getting it. It's not even out in the UK yet. I have 2.0, so if I wanted to downgrade, I could.
If I wanted to play GBA games, I'd use my GBA.
Piracy kills innovation. Funnily enough, I like innovation; I like new things being tried in the games industry. I don't like the "lazy update" trend in games that is becoming ever more familiar. EA are one of the biggest culprits, a new, barely changed FIFA every year.
2.1 is released in the U.K, that is proving a hard time to crack :(
The GBA emualtor has just REALLY came out, before it was SOO slow, but now it's running okish, next version 1.3 will be out soon.
Also, us hackers can do so much more with just a psp, new apps are out every day, new programs loads of stuff, i just busted Windows 95 on my psp, it's pretty funny.
With Football games you can't expand it much more, but since they've tried fifa street (A new version out soon for PSP) Football manager they've tried about everything you can do with football.
Just need to keep your eyes pealed, theres a lot more then you think.
If you've seen all the games made you will see how hard it is for new ideas to be made into games
