K, it well happened again but they failed to do it correctly. They should just do something about it because it's really not something I want to see. And having it stretched is annoying :(

Whenever I get that, I just block the image with firefox.

Doesn't have to be a capital, it can be lower case ;)

I've never had anything in my rep comments that is remotely unique, they're just standard text and maybe a smilie :S

It might be a guess, but when you said you always get -rep in bold, he thought he hadn't given you -rep in bold. It's a good thing he has admitted he has -repped you I guess, but other than that's it's not as if it's a problem :P
