Kissing in public a criminal offence?

I think it is stupid because everyone should be allowed to have free will. Nowadays the government are basically telling people how to run their lives and they wonder why no one abides by the rules - nice find though :)

So you can arrest anyone under the age? Because surely you cannot take photos of two underaged citizens kissing because that'll be a violation of privacy and possibly will lead into some law about sexual pervertion.

Down with they law there getting Beep as they go long more rush thinks comes up like cant do this cant do that thats see how many should stick up to this law it sucks:D:D

This is the most stupid thing any govement has ever done.

It's a hard topic.
South Africa is filled with sexual predators so it will be a SLIGHT help.
But, on the other hand, Love can't be controlled by laws.

thats stupid :p imagine getting stopped over it though, the embaressment :o, my ex would have been so embaressed but then again she got embaressed alot :l, in a funny kind of way
