Why are people saying, "Otters can't be released as pets becuase they live in water"? :S Where do you think crocodiles live? At least otters are mammals :P.

Anyway, otters are slightly random but I could see it happening just before Lost_Witness' time comes to an end. However, if it's a battle between otters and pandas, pandas ftw obviously.

I think Otters are just random, I mean, Birds would have made sense... people actually keep birds as pets...

(But then again you have the crocs, so meh...)
