Why are people saying, "Otters can't be released as pets becuase they live in water"? :S Where do you think crocodiles live? At least otters are mammals .

Anyway, otters are slightly random but I could see it happening just before Lost_Witness' time comes to an end. However, if it's a battle between otters and pandas, pandas ftw obviously.
