What Defines A Foul?

eh, for me, a foul is using unneccesary force or contact to win the ball. if you play football youve got to kind off expect contact, but if you need to tackle from behind, knock the ball away first then plant the striker on his face, then for me, thats fine. but two footed tackles and just pointless contact or dangerous play is a foul.

Well you asked what defines a foul and i told you, wether they ruin the game in your opinion or not, they are the rules.

If the player gets the ball, it's not a foul. I think, if they go in two-footed, they can be penalised for that anyway, despite the outcome of the player being tackled.

If they go in two-footed but getting the ball, it's up to the referee to make the final decision.
