The matter of fact was it shouldn't be anywhere near £15 for what is a 15 minute job. Plus no-one has seen your code publicly, so would you care to show some examples.

End of the day, this thread shouldn't be here. You should just give him his money back because you were the one that didn't complete the work stated.

If you payed for something but didnt pay the full ammout you wouldn't receive anything,
