Surely if one were to view under 16's nude on a social networking site then it would be none other than the site's fault? What about people who accidentally come across it, are they going to be prosecuted too? Plus, who is going to find out in the first place if the site is not flagged or known to have child porn on it and is merely an innocent social networking gig?

Yes, obviously the law, and that's not what we're discussing. Someone commented on the fact that it was, or implied, that a 16 year old looking at photos of another 16 year old was odd or disgusting, which it isn't, even if it is against the law.

First of all its NOT safe. There's porn EVERYWHERE. It's so gross. All these guys with there ***** out adding you wanting cam sex. Get a life?
Then you go onto pages that are of as young as 12 year old girls, in there underwear or naked and 30+ men flirting with them saying "take it off!". It's just sick and wrong. These people should be banned.
