Is 'Tagged.com' a perfectly safe site or rather perverted?

I'm not sure as many of you know, but there seems to be an increasing amount of nudity of 16 year old girls and under, and I really dont mind that :eusa_whis but however there are many pervs on that site who add these girls, It is a site which pervs hurl on girls...

I just wanted to see what everyone thought about it to be honest,
