Seacat is telling the truth 100% here. You can't ignore a Hobba with their badge on.

I know him and he SURELY not a hobba.

Cloudclone is not a hobba and I doubt he ever will be with the amount of bans he has ;)

1) All new hobbas are added to the list, regardless of how busy the staff are.
2) If he was new he'd be silver.
and like some one pointed out 3) you cant ignore a hobba with their badge on.

Anyway he is not a hobba, full stop.
