He means the hobba and the room is called Cunning fox gamehall. Habbo staff have a lot to do so they didn't have time to update the list. Theres a lot that needs to be edited.

I think there's two possible thing's..

1) You edited that screenshot.
2) He's a new Hobba, and the Hobba list has yet to be updated

Or, 3) He "scripted" a badge.
I don't even know if that's possible, but with all the current scripting, I wouldn't be surpirsed if it was.

Actually, I'm going to say he probably is a new Hobba.
I do believe new Hobba's do training and call for help's in public room's, so it would make sense if he was one.

Yes, starting Hobbas are only allowed moderate public rooms. (I've heard). Although he's gold, so... hm.
